Re: UnControlable hunger

Agree with the above about more fat. I seriously undereat on a low carb, higher fat, paleo diet without real hunger.

Another thing that can help are caffeinated beverages, or even just hot beverages. A lot of people who fast in the morning will have some black coffee and say that helps a lot. I don't drink coffee but will have green tea or earl grey tea. Those have helped me from feeling too hungry on mornings I delayed having breakfast.

Re: UnControlable hunger

Just an update, after doing some serious thinking, I decided to go 100% paleo and WOW what a difference it's made, started Monday and most of the way through the day today It has been a complete 180 difference in hunger and cravings, not to mention an increase in energy and a satisfied feeling after eating, just an example of what I have been eating, todays meal:

breakfast: 3 egg omlet with various veggies and a couple slices of bacon
snack: almonds and macadamian nuts
lunch: shrimp with mangos and avacado
snack: pear or apple
dinner: salad with peppers and tuna in olive oil with lemon juice and olive oil

what's crazy is i've dropped 3lbs since monday after being stuck at 208lbs for a couple weeks

This is something I'm going to continue!
