Sears recommends having a small snack (1 block or so) immediate post-workout with a full zone meal 1 hour later.

That is how I remember it at least.

My deal is that I usually workout after 8 pm. This means that I've already eaten my 3 meals for the day, so would it be best to just eat my remaining 2 block snack immediately after the WOD and not eat anything else that night?

Yes. That sounds right. In my opinion post work out snacks/meals should be counted towards total daily blocks.

Check the search engine for this topic...I'm the chocolate milk guy. Cheap as dirt and works as well as the brand name stuff. I feel a diffrence, try it...worst that happens is you lose $2.50 or so.
