Raw veggies

I attempted research on this but my results were very vague.

Whats the craze about raw veggies? Basically what I got out of it is that there are some more nutrients but there are also anti-nutrients and blah blah.

I either steam my veggies or sautee them in evoo with my ground meat.

I don't eat too may veggies to begin with so should I start incorprating some raw ones?

Intake consists of: broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, tomatoes (yes a fruit, I know) & spinach.

If you like your veggies cooked eat them cooked. If you like them raw eat them raw. Eating veggies with fat is useful as there are fat soluble micronutrients that are better absorbed in the presence of fat.
