Great minds think alike on mounting the pullup bar. I couldn't attach to the joists since I wanted to go the opposite direction. Had to build a frame above. I also mounted two bars so I could have one for pullups and another for my EXF rings.

How do you like that magnetic rower? I'd love to get a Concept 2 rower, but I've seen some magnetic rowers at good prices.
