Overhead Squats

Front Squats
65lbs

MetCon
250m row
9 55lb front squats/burpees
6 55lb front squats/burpees
3 55lb front squats/burpees

7 min and some seconds (should've written it down!)

HS holds (30 sec)
Dead lifts 85 lbs
Light band pull ups
14,12,10,8,6,4,2 (30 sec HS hold, same number deadlifts and pullups)

27:09


The big news of today is that Erin taught me how to Kip mid met con!
It was the best and made it much more fun and less painful!
