Talking Improvements after 2 months

Did CFT this past sunday. I started CF in mid November.

Squat - 200lbs up from 160lbs

Press - 100lbs up from 85lbs

Deadlift - 275lbs up from 250lbs

1 Mile time: 6:16 in 36 degree weather. Lungs were on fire.

going to run a 5k as soon as it warms up.

FGB - 254
Eva - 43:30

did 3 consecutive pull-ups yesterday!! finally

Its amazing how much I have improved in less than 2 months. I feel better and stronger. I love CF.

Good work.

By the way... How can you do Eva in 43:30 if you only just did 3 consecutive pull-ups? Eva is 150 pull-ups...

Re: Improvements after 2 months

sorry guys. eva was scaled. jumping pull-ups. but i can do more than 3. I just didn't try kinda had a mental block thinking I wouldn't be able to do many. Did Lynne last week and got 7 consecutive a few of the rounds. I was shocked at how my pull-ups have improved in 2 months.

Nice, dude. At which affiliate do you trian? Or do you just do your own thing?

Cheers,
