First of all I must say this site is impressive but a bit overwhelming to a newbie. My fitness goals are all around fitness with empasis on fat loss. I am a coach so my workout time is limited to mainly workouts in th emornings. The equipment I have available at home: stationary bike, jump rope, treadmill, heavy bag, pull up/dip stand, kettlebells, and strands(tubing and chest expander) My main problem is organising all of this into an effective workout routine. Any suggestions, or a place to start on this site.

Chris- with few exceptions the WOD is the place to start. For example you could easily do the 400m run on the tread mill and use KB's for overhead squats. fast minute on the heavy bag could easily sub for running. The WOD may look at once simple yet gear intensive but one can easily take the concept for that day and modify it pretty easily. Let us know how it goes and please do ask if you have other questions.

Add a siple barbell set to that and you are set for 90 percent of the WOD's you are doing a lot better than I am in terms of equipment.

Just be creative
