Re: which zone book?

I'd recommend buying all of them. I already have Zone perfect meals in minutes and read a friend's "Welcome to the Zone" or something like that endlessly. They have been really useful in creating new marinades and having the good foods list.

If you're trying to save money, go to froogle.com, type in the name of the book and then sort by price. I picked up 3 more zone books and 2 paleo last week off of a1books.com, for a total of $30 (including $3.99 shipping each).

I have read all the ones you have mentioned plus a few more. I would recomend reading the "Zone", the "Omega RX Zone", and "Mastereing the Zone" in that order. The more knollege the better!

Re: which zone book?

For saving money, try flea markets if you have any nearby. I picked up both "Enter the Zone" and "Mastering the Zone" for a total of $5, and the guy had several copies of each.

Okay, I'll be the jerk.

This is covered constantly. Use the search function, go to the FAQ's, read CFJ 21.

No offense, as many new posters on a forum will not think to search for topics, but it will save you the time of making a thread and waiting for responses on many issues and questions you may have.

Re: which zone book?

You can also consider going to the library and trying them out for awhile as well. That's what I've been doing and then I'll ask Santa Claus for the ones that are "keepers."
