time: 10:30 with injured right knee from soccer game, and extra rest because of shared treadmill.
afternoon: 2 hill runs/ 8 minustes (injured knee and icy conditions)

30 kb swing 25# (wimpy, but we don't have a heavier one right now)
20 pull-up (just learning kippings, getting better but frankly not there yet--then there's the fitness issue. We're still scaling some of the wod's, only in the 3rd month of CF!

We did ok, mostly critiqueing one another's technique. By the end we thought we were doing fairly well, and decided we'd watch the videos some more and add weight the next time wod called for these.

5 rounds of: 400M run, 30 squat, 30 back extension. We didn't time ourselves today.

we did the workout, but never having done back extensions, we wimped out and did less. I did 25-15-5-5-5. Back felt VERY tight, but two hours later fine. Will not wimp out next time. The learning curve is frustrating, but no fun to be taken out for a day of workout because of injury on new exercise.

sumo deadlift high pull 75# (instead of 95#)
ring dips 5 (instead of 10)

21 minutes.

This is slow, but just learned the sumo deadlift high pull today and wanted to work on technique. Because I use this for my excuse a lot lately, I expect a lot from myself the SECOND time I do any of these workouts!
