In three days.........
Starting Thursday October 23rd I am going on a 30 self improvement challenge. I have decided that I want to fully and 100% donate my life to crossfit for 30 full days. I will post my BED/END stats. as well as WOD's and general notes about the day. This is going to be a huge change for me. I'm already in pretty darn good crossfit shape.
