Someting I just wanted to double check:

After a WOD with heavy DLs - like a CF total - I tend to have some stiffness and soreness in my lower back for about two, max three days. Nothing "hot" or "sharp," just an achey feeling that passes in a couple of days. I doesn't keep me from running, jumping, twisting and cutting on the football field, either - though it slows me down a tad, and I can feel it, particularly during warmup.

I'm guessing that this is just a form of DOMS - but since this is my back, I'd like to be sure!
