How long after workout till hydration window closes.

Knowing I have to work after my morning sessions, I was thinking a 1.5 hour workout how long till my window closes for hydration and nutrition.?

There is no hydration window. Not sure what makes you think there is.

After your workout, immediately take a protein shake with some simple carbs. Then an hour later, feast like a barbarian on a gigantic meal that includes all three of the macronutrients.

If anything, drink room temperature water during workouts. Cold water has to warm up a bit for efficient absorption into the body.

There's no hydration window as far as I know. Glycogen replenishment OTOH is most efficient within a 1/2hr to an hour. The body can only absorb about 750 ml of water per hour under ideal conditions so depending on how much water was lost, water consumption is an ongoing process.
