Yeah, I like the protocol of 3 training days followed by 1 rest day.It allows me to maximize my training time without overtraining.

Good luck on the Boxing career. Follow the Crossfit workouts, but remember the most important conditioning for boxing is actually getting in the ring and putting in the rounds against a live sparring partner, heavy bag and mitt work.

Good advice, derek.I make sure to do a boxing specific workout about 4 times per week.It definitely takes priority over my other conditioning.Thanks for the encouragement!
