I've been doing crossfit for just over a month now and my progress in all areas has blown my mind. This forum rocks and i've got to say a huge thanks to everyone who posts here - robb especially.
I do MMA and needed some type of training that would model the type of fitness i needed. With crossfit i've found it - the mix of training modalities makes me unable to stand in exactly the same way as hard rolling and fighting does!!

That'll do for now i think,

Cheers guys,

Chris

Thanks Chris! I continue to be amazed with crossfit and it is always good to hear others having the same experience.
Welcome!
Robb
