dizziness in up and down movements

I get dizzy sometimes when I do burpees or lunges in a WOD. I'm pretty sure it is blood pressure (bp) related. My resting bp is about 115/65 and I'm on bp medicine. I've reduced the meds since starting CrossFit after conferring with my doctor, but I'm now thinking I need to drop the bp meds again. I have moved and I haven't identified a doctor yet. Anyone else get dizzy doing rapid up and down movements?

Re: dizziness in up and down movements

It could be an inner ear problem.

If it's blood pressure related, learn about orthostatic hypertension. (wfs)
