custom "crossfit" metal work in northern ohio

first i want to say that i am not trolling for work / payment.
this is a offer to help out some people that may be able to help me get more fit.


i would like to offer up my skills a a metal fabricator to any crossfitters that may want custom gear. in my "day job" i am a forman in the metal divison of a retail display mfg co. mostly working with macy's type clients building displays and furniture. then when i get home i put on my second work hat of the day and build custom furniture and hardware out of my garage shop.
long story short, i can build just about any crossfit gear you may need! not looking to make a living with this, just want to offer it up as a thank you sort of thing to others looking to be fit.



i have a good amount of portable gear and would be happy to work with any crossfitters within a days drive of cleveland. also i would be more than happy to trade labor for training or gear that i can't build for myself.

things that i am seeing in other crossfit gyms that i could easily build:
big nutty jungle gyms
pull up bars
wall ball targets
plyo boxes
custom bar racks
anything under the sun... if you need it i bet i can help out.

was all fun and games until i did my first few (only 4) pullups
oh well, it will be fun to watch the progress i can make!
let me know when you need that bar in ashland. i go down to columbus a few times a month to ride a skatepark with some old friends.

I checked out the photos you posted. Your skills are remarkable and the items are very original. Metal working has always been an interst for me but I would very likely burn my family out of a place to live in short ordrer! You should set up an online shop for what you make. David.

yeah, but with a heavy gauge tube the corners have a big radius. it actually feels darn good in my hands. also it was what i had sitting around in scrap.

I'm only 19 and I'm a bit of a beginner at welding. Is that all TIG welded stainless steel?
