I watched the Crossfit Total day video and the press and deadlift look pretty good but that squat could use a bit of work You only just barely get to parallel so you need some more depth, and the bar looks like it is up pretty high on your traps. Have you read SS? if not you should check it out as it can answer all your questions on any lifts
