Will the migrane be going away any time soon?
Yea it is a result of my hypoglycemia. Sunday I crashed( did not eat enough and blood sugar bottomed out) It is pretty much gone now.

Re: Sharknado

I bumped my daily squat and hit 2 singles at 360lbs.

That beats my all time squat. I had a buddy watch to witness it and check depth( which go deep anyway and was not worried about it )

First reps was rock solid and form was 100% on, it was not a huge effort. Second reps was harder, form good, but a struggle out of the hole a bit.

happy.

Been getting warmer here the past few days too. Don't really have a right to complain though, as we were in the middle of our month or so straight of 100+ this time last year!

Re: Sharknado

Good find, Nik.

Although, while reading it I couldn't help saying in my head - "Honey Badger don't care. Honey Badger don't give a s***"

Re: Sharknado

Nice job, Nik.

Trying a double day today. Really this morning was a glorified warmup, some rowing and light squats and some bar work.

Tonight clean DL, lower near floor clean, jerk from front then back.

Preparing with a plate of pork fried rice.

It will go good. I like an early BY warm up in the am befor I even start work, it gets everything moving, then at lift time I an more mobile if I don't. I expect the same for you.
