I use wraps when I bench or press heavy.

I'm going to invest in wraps as well. My limiting factor in things like overhead squats in any rep scheme over 5 is the wrist pain.

Glad I saw this thread, I thought I was just being a pansy. My wrist bother me the most when I do presses. It doesn't help that I broke my wrist 2 years ago either. Wrist wraps are my next buy.
