Crossfit Year 2

I found Crossfit by mistake a little over 2 years ago and I have to say its the best mistake I've ever made! My first FRAN as RXD was 14:59 and almost killed me. Last week did FRAN with chains on bar then put 40lb vest on for pullups at 8:21! Can't thank Coach enough.

Good stuff!

Forty pound vest? Ugg. That would DESTROY my fran time, haha. Nice job and good improvement!

That looks brutal to do, great work! How heavy were the chains?

Only 10lbs each, any more and I'd still be doing it!

Hah, I doubt it you have a good time for how heavy you did it; plus the chains are swinging around so it makes it harder. Again, nice job!
