Did not space food out well today. Ended up eating a pretty big dinner...still a bit low on all of my numbers. I definitely plan on packing/planning better next week!

Breakfast: greek yogurt, blueberries, nuts
Lunch: organic turkey lunch meat; cucumber, sugar snap peas
Snack: blueberries, turkey lunch meat
Dinner: grilled swordfish, baked potato (i know this isn't the best carb form, but my other options were mashed and french fries) skipped the restaurants veggie option, as it was mashed carrots and turnips with butter and such...which isn't really a veggie in my book!! oh well

Totals:
Cal: 1,176
Carb: 103.6 (-17)
Fat: 42.6 (-13)
Protein: 100.6 (-9)

Total Meltdown today culminating in the Metcon. Every rep hurt, I couldnt keep any semblance of good form. I felt off and like I was on the verge of disaster. WEAK! DNF - Most frustrating day I can remember.

I'm not gonna dwell on it or over analyze it, nor will I make excuses, I'm just going to chalk it up to **** happens and treat tomorrow like a fresh start.

Here's what I ate over the past two days

Wednesday:

Fat: 93 g
Cholesterol: 305 mg
Sodium: 580 mg
Carbs: 154 g

Surprisingly low today consider I did the metcon and played a full 50 minutes of flag football. I think I was actually too tired to eat.

Wednesday, 8/18:

Overall a pretty good day. Numbers were pretty much right on for the diet today, although I ended up eating too late, after the 6:30 pm CF session, and now I am *stuffed*. Speaking of CF, oh my goodness... I was actually able to finish, albeit with the 35lb bar, but I'm proud that I surpassed the mental challenge of it. And now my arms feel like jello...

Protein: 116.5g (+1.5g)
Carb: 152g (-3g, given a long metcon day)
Fat: 57.3g (essentially goal)
