Olympic Lifting

I posted this in the equipment section as well, but this may be a better place for it since I have very little knowledge regarding Oly Shoes.

I recently started working with an Olympic Lifting coach, and right now I am using some of his old shoes. These shoes have been formed to another person's foot and it's starting to kill my feet.

I was wondering if anyone has some ideas of a good Oly Shoe for someone thats pretty much just starting out. I dont want to spend tons of cash but I do want a good shoe.

As far as Addidas go, they seem to be too expensive.

I was thinking about either Do-Win or VS.

Here are a couple shoes I was interested in, but I dont really know much about them....

Thanks!

Re: Olympic Lifting

they look very similar to the 2007 Do win, except maybe the heel is slightly lower.

Catalyst stated that the Do Win was wider/lower than the comparable Adidas. I have the newer (red/white) ones from 2008. I like them well enough, but don't have much to compare them to. I would say this; any shoe is better than no shoe.

Re: Olympic Lifting

Both MuscleDriver USA & Rogue carry good lifting shoes at reasonable prices.
