Re: NAS Whiting Field, Milton Certification

Hello everyone, I just found out about this Lvl 1 Cert yesterday. I've been out of CF for a while now with injuries and TDYs. I first started a year to the month. I'm stationed at Hurlburt but live in Milton, about 8 miles from Whiting Field. I see the website shows this cert being sold out. Does anyone know if it is in fact full? I know it would kill me (physically) to try this as I just started training again today but I doubt we'll have this opportunity this close again. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a good one.

Hey Ken!! I do think that the cert is full....possibly already over normal capacity. I know that sucks to hear, being only 8 miles from the site Sorry.

Do you workout on base then?? We've got an informal group of CFers and trying to get something more official after the cert. Jason and I are typically at Aderholdt around 0600ish (might get Peyton there at that time too).....there are CFers scattered throughout. Let us know.....would love to meet you!

3rd!

Anybody else's hip flexors still protesting the B2B Tabata squats this morning...followed by the 100 (in my case 90) each med ball cleans and wall balls this afternoon?? I think the main culprit is the B2Bs...

And I was hoping for Fran (I would take Fran over that afternoon WOD anyday)! Please, no hip flexor movements in the WOD tomorrow...

It was awesome! My clients were not enjoying their squats this morning as I corrected the points of performance they were faulting on...

But they were enjoying immensely the fact that I couldn't demonstrate a squat without groaning in pain.
