Side note: How do you change a link from a link to a phrase? IE www.crossfit.com to "Best thing ever!". So that when you click on it it opens the link intended?

i dont see how viagra would help lol...it drops blood pressure pretty dramatically, i didnt read the article but i dont see why you want that drop in BP before the activity levels of an athlete

What if a CrossFit WOD lasts longer than 4 hours? Would they need to call their physician?
