Mid-Atlantic Hopper Challenge

On Saturday, October 11, CrossFit BWI will host the Mid-Atlantic's first Hopper Challenge.

The challenge will consist of two WODs. Both WODs will be true Hopper workouts with just about every exercise and format being thrown in there.

Registration is $75 and will get you registration to compete, a cool a$$ t-shirt, catered lunch and dinner, snacks throughout the day and plenty of beverages (including those of the adult variety).

Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female competitors.

Proceeds will be donated to a military charity dedicated to helping wounded soldiers and their families.

There will be demonstrations and prizes donated by LuluLemon with other sponsors in the works.

If you'd like to compete, spectate or volunteer, please contact john@crossfitbwi.com

If you have any questions, check out the website (wfs) http://www.crossfitalexandria.com/ww...Challenge.html

You can also contact john@crossfitbwi.com or rudy@crossfitalexandria.com for more information.

We hope to see you all there. It's gonna be an awesome event and fun for all!

Re: Mid-Atlantic Hopper Challenge

A couple updates:

Pre-Registration will be required. We need to make sure that we order the appropriate number of shirts and the caterer is prepared for the number of attendees. And registration will be closed when we reach capacity, so sign up soon before it's too late.

Hotel information will be available soon. I'm working on obtaining a group rate at a nearby hotel, provided enough people are interested or need a room.

See you in October, John -- if not sooner!

Hey Joey! Are you and John going to come up from VA Beach?

I heard a rumor that Tanya is coming down from Apex.

Heather and Ben - will you be coming down from CF New England?

Looking forward to the competition.

Sean

Re: Mid-Atlantic Hopper Challenge

Hey John...do you know how many spots you have left open? I'm registered but I'm trying to get a few more of my friends in.

Thanks,
Nick

Re: Mid-Atlantic Hopper Challenge

Nick,
We've still got plenty of spots open. However at the rate people are signing up to compete, we will be at capacity in about a week or two. I'd recommend signing up sooner rather than later.

John
