1/28/08 - completed six sets in 20 minutes
1/29/08 - took me forever to do 30 reps x 95 lbs- about 45 mintes

My first time: approx 35 mins:
Round 1:
squat - 205 x 10 reps
reg push-up x 15
pull-up x 10
pound thruster - 95 x 10 reps
Round 2:
squat - 205 x 10 reps
reg push-up x 15
pull-up x 7
pound thruster - 95 x 7 reps
Round 3:
squat - 205 x 7 reps
reg push-up x 15
pull-up x 10
pound thruster - 95 x 5 reps

5K run on the beach: 33 minutes

I figured that a 5K was sufficient since this is my first week doing CrossFit and I'm trying to get use to the program and "acclimate" my body to the rigors of it all.

Did three rounds of 15, 10 and 6 with 65lbs for the thruster and pull-ups in about 15 mins.

Pull ups - five rounds of 6-10 each

I also ran a mile in about 8 minutes

800 meter
30# dumbell x 20
Pull-up x 15

Round 2:
800 meter
30# dumbell x 20
Pull-up x 15

Round 3:
400 meter
30# dumbell x 20
Pull-up x 10

Round 4:
400 meter
30# dumbell x 20
Pull-up x 10

Round 5:
800 meter
30# dumbell x 20
