From powerlifting to crossfit

Hi everyone,

Iím Victor, 19 years old and Iím from The Netherlands. I've decided to step over to crossfit because being strong isn't all about absolute strength. Endurance, speed and mental toughness are also really important. I also didnít like all the suits and shirts and stuff and also disliked the bench press. I like the crossfit total, the oh press instead of the bench press and that everything is 100% raw.
I hope to learn a lot from you guys.

Victor
