Today marked the end of my third month with CF.

Did Fran with 95 lb thrusters and still mostly jumping pullups(only in Fran) at 3:35.

Now if I could just stay on the zone diet past 8pm each night.

Thanks to Pitmasta for turning me on to this site.

Wow... that's pretty good for just three months of work. What's your lifting/training background?

Thanks. I still have to jump to cheat on many of the pullups when going for time, but they are coming along decently now that I have made them my main goal (since they are my main weakness).

Before I started CF I watched my son work out with John and Luke at The Pit (aka CrossFit Arroyo Grande and training home of Chuck Liddell),and then tried recreating it in my garage for about 3 months before Hackleman told me about this site. So my workout was about 20 minutes of rounds of burpees, heavy bag punches, pushups, heavy bag knee strikes, pullups, heavy bag kicks, squats and jumping rope, all punctuated by bouts of crying.

My main goal now is to get rid of some excess belly flab without giving up beer.
