Let me preface by saying that I had hernia surgery 6 months ago and was having a very difficult time getting back in shape. After a little over a month of crossfit, these are some of my numbers:

Pullups:
After hernia - struggled for two
previous (before xfit pr) - 10
two days ago - 13

1 mile:
after hernia - 11 min
previous pr - 7 min (in my 20s)
last week (at 36) - 8:15

bw bench press
after hernia - yeah, right
previous pr - 5 reps
last week - 9 reps

I am noticing improvements across the board. Thanks for your help everyone. I know I have had alot of questions and you have all been very patient and helpful
