I'm currently working overseas, but am looking to purchase some olympic lifting gear (bumper plates, bars, etc.) when I return. I know that many of you have fashioned your own home gyms and was wondering where the best place would be to purchase such items. I realize that there are an abundance of places all over, just wondering if anyone had any info as towhere the most cost effective and quality could be found. Thanks.

Safe USA has the best prices I have found for the RB Rubber Bumper plates. They had very good customer service as well. I would also check out BS Olympic Gym. I have never dealt with them personally, but prices looked good. They have an Oly set that consists of a Chapman Elite Barbell and RB Rubber bumpers, probably the most cost effective approach with great quality too.

Not the first time I've been wrong. Sorry about that. BS is cheaper on the RB's.
