I have a tennis and golfer's elbow and no matter what I do, it won't heal. I've seen many doctors and physiotherapists who can only relieve pain temporarily. I have done all the prescribed resting, stretching etc. but it just doesn't seem to help.

This led me to the idea of trying acupunture (I have 2 acupunture docs not too far away). Does anybody have experience with this? Especially with this type of injury?

Many thanks,

Re: acupunture?

Not with that type of injury. I had AC joint arthrosis and it helped with the pain, but as soon as I worked out it came back again. Ended having surgery, maybe I went to an accupuncturist too late (had been dealing with the injury forever before I saw him). Or maybe I needed 1 year rest like he suggested, but I didn't like that option
