Sorry to hear that life is throwing you curve-balls, but it sounds like CF is helping to keep the stress levels moderated, and you are kicking some serious booty! You took 2 whole minutes off you last Michael time That's awesome!

Hang in there with all the school stuff - hopefully the most stressful things happening now will be resolved soon!

Just getting caught up on your log, Chantal. You've been doing some incredible stuff! I'm loving your Michael time!

Re: the deadlift grip. Try the hook grip. I went from 175 to 195 just changing my grip. It felt like magic! Ok, maybe it wasn't ALL the grip, but it sure felt like it! LOL
