I had too much to do last night to post my time, but I scored a PR on Fran by finishing in 6:45. I used 65 lbs, but started rounds with kipped pullups and switched to jumping to keep the intensity high. Didn't do tonight's workout. My test was moved to Monday, but I had some other work to complete last night. My partner didn't do their share so I stayed up most of the night to finish as much as I could = loooong day today. Fell alseep after class was over and slept right through supper... now back to sleep as I have a long day ahead of me tomorrow as well.

Hang in there and good luck. Getting PRs in the WODs while thoroughly stressed in the rest of your life is durn impressive. Good call on the resting though. It would be a shame to burn out after Monday's test when your on such an amazing roll.

Thanks Patrick, Camille, Mike and Alix! Things are a little rough right now, but I'm still keeping my head up and mention CrossFit is an awesome stress buster .


I finished Michael in 17:33 (PR). All runs on treadmill, situps on steepest incline and back extensions on swiss ball with feet hooked on stretching rack. The last time I did it like this, it took me 19:35 so I'm really happy with my time tonight. Finished my last 800 in 3:37 so the level 2 standard should definately be within reach if I don't run 1600m and do 100 incline situps + 100 back extensions before the run. I may try it tomorrow and see how it goes...

Burpee Challenge 91- we break 100 tomorrow!
