Muscle ups

I was wondering if anyone ever tried a muscle up work out beyond the 30 prescribed. I have done 50 on a few occassions now. Most broken into rounds of 5 with one or two other exercises and one time doing 50 as a WOD. I hit 50 in under 13 min. some were dead hang muscle ups but most using a kip.

Just curious to see if anyone has tried a 100 in one workout?

I tried 100 once but got to 5 and quit.

I remember doing a rediculous workout a long time ago which was 150 muscle-ups for time, and it took me about an hour or so but my form wasn't very good since I was not going to full extension at the bottom. It was still pretty hard though.

100 for time? Hmm.. could be an interesting workout.

I bet you would be sore for days afterwards though. 30 for time is pretty simple.. doesn't leave much soreness at all.

did it today - 31:33

started really slowing down around 65 when ripped a decent size blister off my hand. kept taping it up more and more every 8 - 10.

hit 30 at 7min, 50 at 14 min, 70 at 20:30, 90 at 28:31
