Animal Pak?

What is the general consensus regarding the "dietary supplement" Animal Pak? Lots of guys that I work with take it and seem to like it. For those that haven't heard of it, the website is www.animalpak.com . Thanks for any and all input!

Overhyped. I do like their commitment though, even though it is to body building...
