I'm ecstatic right now. I mean, I'm just super happy. I'm in the greatest possible mood ever. Here's why:

BS 1-1-1-1-1

(2xBW Squat --> PR . I did it! I even have video this time! It looks like I'm not low enough in the video (Chose a bad angle), but my buddy video'ed on his camera from the right angle (eye-level with the hips at the bottom), and so I know I hit it!)

Waited 20 mins or so, then:

"Grace"
30 C&J @95#
Time: 4:36

This was really rough. No further comment.

Today was great. Just inferior to my tailbone is bugging me a little right now, I may have strained something while squatting but it only is like this now.

Anyways, today was awesome

I said it before, but I'll copy and paste the description so that anyone watching is clear.

Yes, this looks like I didn't break parallel, but my buddy filmed it from eye-level at the bottom position, and I definitely hit parallel. This was just a bad angle.

I bet you could have gone heavier on grace and still got under 6-7 minutes. With 175x2 squat cleans, you could have probably done at least 115 if not 135.

I wish I could squat clean 175x2, who said anything about that? I highly doubt 135, in reality the wooden plates I have to set the bar to the right height have a total weight of about 10#, but I've never weighed them so I don't count them.

Coach gave me a CFFB WOD from a couple days back:

3 Rounds:
40 yd. Suitcase Carry @50#, Left Hand
40 yd. Suitcase Carry@50#, Right Hand
Max Chinups, hold 2 seconds at the top.

Chins: 11-6-5

This wrecked my forearms, but was not too taxing. Finished up with a 10 minute squat test.

S**tty day, S**tty workout. Training will pickup much more starting next weekend, I'm on winter break and have a lot less work. I'll be getting more sleep, so I'll probably play in the 15-20 min time range more often for those 2 weeks. Anyways...

(PR . 10# until BW, however that is going to take a LONG time. I'll just hope it happens sometime soon, as I would really like to hit that. Press has definitely slowed down though. I still have trouble with keeping my elbows forward, but I'm working on it)

Waited 20 mins or so, then

"Tabata Something Else"
Pullups: 12-11-10-10-9-8-8-8 (76)
Pushups: 12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12 (96)
Situps: 15-14-14-14-14-14-14-15 (114)
Squats: 19-19-19-19-19-19-19-19 (152)
Total: 438

PR is 463, but that was done when I was a weak little kid last year, so I was happy with this. Pullups could have been better, I usually get 10 across. Pushups usually 12-13, so those were good. Situps usually 15-17, but I just couldn't move fast enough. Squats are usually 19-20, and last round sometimes 22 or 23, but I had to stop around 10-12 in the last couple rounds and shake off/rebreath.
