Calorie / Nutrition tracker

Anyone use one of the online nutrition trackers out there? I looked at Fitday, but finding foods on there is a bit of a pain, and some of the items I eat aren't even on there, so I don't know if I could use it long term. Thoughts on other sites?

Re: Calorie / Nutrition tracker

My Fitness Pal (WFS). has 1.2 million foods entered by users. The system allows you to 'yes' or 'no' the nutritional information and it keeps track of how many people approved a particular food...thus giving it credibility. Also, one click to copy previous days food. you can split up your meals as desired, change macronutrient goals, change daily caloric intake levels, etc. It also has a great, updated iPhone app that is one of the main reasons I use it...

Re: Calorie / Nutrition tracker

If you have an I-phone, or some other phone that can download apps, I use an app called "my net diary" (I think it was the very first result when I searched foot tracker or calorie couting). It costs like $3.99 but is well worth it. It has a large database of food already in their system and will remember any new food that you input. It can track as much nutritional info as you input and I can enter my entire daily intake in less than 5 minutes. It also has a bar code scanner to easily scan in new food.

+1 for my fitness pal. I've used it daily for six months now, lost 50 pounds plus with it's assistane, and now that I'm on weight maintenance it has really helped my tweak my macros.
