The guy that runs that class, is someone from CF Charlotte. Not sure if it's an affiliate, but I will find that out.

Crossfit Calgary's crew has been doing weekly metcon classes at the Y in Calgary for a couple of years now!

That's how I got my start - and still doing them 2 years later!
