That is so not cool to post this. He's clearly one of those "special" persons and deserves our understand... (ha ha ha ha ha!)

Even I can't help but make fun of this guy.

If he won't get instruction on how to perform a lift, I can't imagine what his poor girlfriend must deal with.

I recently read somewhere that form in competition isn't always ideal form but the form that gets the job done while still conforming to competition rules meaning the bench press vid...while something you shouldn't do all the time or train in that manner..done during a comp to get that extra 5 lbs is done.

That deadlift video I've seen before and it hurts my back just to watch him. I bet he posted that on some bb'ing site....saying look at me! and they did and they laughed. heh
