At the second day of our mil cert in Quantico Va (today), I got 5 consecutive MU! Very happy, and a special thanks goes out to Pat from Crossfit Virginia Beach, who was helping out at the cert, for getting up and busting them out. My previous PR was 2. Next go at it, 6!

Nice Chris, PRS are so amazing. I heard good things about the cert when I was in San Diego for the PL cert right after yours!

Yeah! Way to rock Chris. Hopefully you'll post a vid. Are you kipping of straight up MU's? This weekend gonna try and pop out 5+. My daughter will be holding our little kodak to record it. Hopefully she won't laugh too loud and let you hear it.

Not strict yet Sal. I can do 1 maybe 2 strict. I am working on turning my hands out at the bottom right now, and getting all the way down as well, so to answer your question, I am kipping. But, Ill take it! Good luck with yours!.

Well, had a workout today. Hmmm, HUMID was to start and well no excuses. Knocked out 3 back to back, proceeded like that until #9 going for the 10th when I slipped at top position and continued going forward instead of UP.

I ended up hanging by one arm, funny. Should of recorded it. Was hoping to take it to 20, but the 10th one did it for me. Got off chalked up and finished the 10th. The pull on my left lat ached a bit. Could not continue the other 10.

Oh well. Keep on kipping! I know I did after the 6th one. Drive one dude!!!

Love that word: "Dude". Finding Nemo. Own it.

Would have loved to have seen that "dismount"... Ouch. Great job btw. I am on vacation with family right now in OH, and taking a week off. (getting ready to start the zone when I get back from vacation) I will give my MU Pr another go after having a week of solid rest, and see if the #'s go up. Hope that lat isnt too sore tomorrow.
