I haven't seen anyone post on this, but how 'bout a 3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1 max pullup effort? Anybody interested?

Yeah, definitely. Same format as the other ME workouts--most you can do for 3, 2 and singles.

I've done this for singles only a while back, and I'd like to see where I stand.

I've done it. I noticed a difference between my ME pull-up and my ME chin. Probably just the longer ROM on the pull-up:

ME Chin: BW(~175)+95 pounds
ME Chin BW (~175)+80 pounds

I usually alternate the ME chin/pull-up sets with a standing press ME set (pretty easy to do because my pressing is not so hot.)

I went 3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1 today, and went 20-30-35-40-45-50-55-57.5-60.

William,

I'm doing Coach Rut's ME Black Box thing now (heading into a third cycle after a short break), so I have different ME set/rep schemes. The first time it comes around it's 5-5-5-3-3-3, and the second time it comes around it's 3-3-3-1-1-1.
