Bicep tendinitis and elbow range of motion mobility/stretches???

I'm having 2 issues.

1. i have Bicep tendinitis issue that has been nagging for almost a year and was wondering what stretches and mobility i can do to try to help get over this.

2. I'm missing about 4 degree's of range in my elbow lockout and was curious what i could do to try to reclaim that range to help my overhead lockouts.

thanks you for all the suggestions and advice in advance!!!!
