Favourite wod's with a particular focus

Hey guys

Just trying out the crossfit endurance 12 week program. I am making up some wod's but thought I would pick a few brains here to.

Would anyone care to share any:
Chest, shoulder and tricep focused wod's
Glute, ham focused wods
And back focused wod's

Your faves?

I second "JT" on the first one.

"Michael" comes to mind for the posterior piece. There's some running in there, so a bonus for your endurance focus.

3 Rounds For Time:
800m Run
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups

Alternatively, you can check out this link from YEARS ago. When it comes to endurance, you probably won't be doing longer metcons- there are some real gems in this thread that will "hit" all the areas you're looking for.
