I've just started on the zone, with a recommended intake of 16 blocks. I have several questions regarding foods, etc.
First off, for meals like breakfast, what foods are good sources of protein other than eggs? If I have a meal consisting of say 4 miniblocks of carbs and fats, could I consume the protein later, such as having a can of tuna or something similar as a morning snack?
Secondly, what is a recommended way of consuming enough protein while keeping in proportion to the 40/30/30 ratio without using protein powders?
