Snatch PR - 120!

What do you see besides the slight jump forward?

I don't think the back angle change off the ground is a problem.

Correct me if im wrong but it looks like you had your elbows bent before the full extension.

Unless that was you setting up your hips rose faster than the bar during the first pull for a brief second. IMO hips should be going at the same rate as the bar during pull.

Pretty darn good looking lift. Back angle change isn't too big of deal, as soon as tension hit the hamstrings it locked into place, which looked great, you finished good and tall. Looks like you didn't pull those elbows back during extension which resulted in the bar being forward, so as you pulled your self under the bar, you hopped forward slightly.

If it was me, I'd throw some light muscle snatches (3x8ish @ 30-35
ish) in the warm up on your snatch days. That way you've worked on that scapula retraction and it's fresh in your muscle memory.

Strong lift though.

Pretty good speed, but it looks like you don't really bend your arms that much when pulling under. It looks like you're doing more of a front raise -- but that could be because you left it a tad out front and had to meet it by jumping forward slightly.

Overall, it looked like a great lift to me. Maybe focus more on putting the bar behind you instead of just elevating it.
