Is Greg Glassman building an army???

Any "Fight Club" fans??

Anyhow... How do you feel Crossfit is preparing you/us for the upcoming Apocalypse(s)??

Whether it's 2012, zombie hordes, nuclear winter, or plague pandemic, certainly Crossfitters have to be pretty ahead of the curve on the readiness scale. How do you all think Crossfit has prepared you???

Personally I'm hoping for Zombies, because as Crossfitters become masters of going over, around, or through any obstacle in their path, a lumbering zombie would be a pretty easy enemy to outsmart/outrun. Starving survivors roaming in packs maybe not so much...

Just for fun, go nuts!!

Funny I just amde a joke about prepping for zombie apocalypse.

Thought A) As Zombie land says...cardio cardio cardio
Thought B) We can't exactly use the common tools when the earth shuts down and we have no gas stations and electricity
Thought C) W e already are accustomed to a more natural diet.
Thought D) heavy lifting

Good call on Zombieland too! I laughed my a** off watching that one, though at the same time I was still keeping track of all the rules in the back of my mind, just in case... ;D

Would be fun to see Crossfitters immediately turning to foraging for weeds, nuts, and wild animals when the rest of the world is still freaking out over the lack of bagels and miracle whip!

And even more fun to watch them discover how hard paleo man actually had to work for his grass-fed venison.

You guys have guns, lots of guns! I am sure taking down a cow with a Hunting Rifle would be a hell of alot easier than trying to spear it with a sharpened stick

Yeah, but first you've got to deal with the owner of the cow. Wild game is much less likely to have bodyguards.

Katherine, Katherine... you're not paying attention. The owner's a zombie, he won't mind
