The results keep rolling in -> yea paleo!

When I started CrossFit on 18 March 2010 I had a lot of work to do. On first measurement I was at 85kg's with 32% body fat and for a female at 1.63 meters tall, you can just imagine. I looked like a barrel with legs.

At first I used zone and got some pretty good results, ticking over and I was not all that strict with myself.

Then on 11 October 2010 we started with an 8 week nutritional challenge and I switched to Paleo. The best thing I could ever have done for myself. It ended today, and I have managed to shed 4kg's and 5% body fat in that time.

So after nearly 9 months I am at 74kg's and 19% body fat.

My strength keeps increasing, my energy levels are sky high and I look and feel like a different person.

CrossFit/Paleo

I am now planning my next goals. Enthusiastically that is!

Great results! I'm impressed. Those numbers are right in line with being healthy and improving general life.

How is your performance doing?

Andy, performance is still climbing at a staggering rate. About two weeks ago I improved my 1 rep back squat with 17kg's in one session.

Over the weekend improved my Snatch with 7kg's and my Clean and Jerk with 12kg's.

So yea. Bring it!

Thank you Bill. Even though the nutritional challenge has come to an end, I am super happy to just keep eating the way I was.

No mess, no fuss.

Well done. Good effort sticking to it. Gives you something solid to aim for and help you keep motivated with results like that. Top work.
