Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

Let's see...I have to post for Tuesday and today...

Tuesday 8/10/10

Totals:

PRO: 100g
CHO: 100-115 (not sure exact amount) + 25 Pre-WOD
FAT: 30-ish (I guess)

I had a horrible lunch on Tuesday. My chicken was great, but I was NOT in the mood for brussel sprouts or the turnip onion dish that I had made. So I ate maybe half of the brussel sprouts and a quarter of the turnips that I was supposed to. I was starving later, so had a snack of the rest of my chicken, some carrots, and some rolled oats (they were the only thing at work that I could eat). I'm making sure that this doesn't happen again. This happened when I started eating strict back in June...I made stuff that was good for me but that I didn't want to eat...that won't happen next week.

Wednesday 8/11/10

Totals:

PRO: 90g
CHO: 115 g (still need more, but this is more than I usually eat)
FAT: 40-ish

My food was much better today...it's amazing how much more I like broccoli and cauliflower than brussel sprouts...

I know I should do the calorie count...maybe tomorrow...

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

Wednesday, August 11

http://fitday.com/fitness/PublicJour...wner=mlwaldeck

Sleep 11pm - 7am (more on this below)
Breakfast (9am): Oats&Whey Shake (the morning sucked), took fish oil and VitD
Lunch (1:30ish): Salad from The Pop Shop. Baby spinach, roasted mushrooms/caramelized onions (a lot, like 1-1.5 cups), chicken breast, bacon crumbled up (not a lot but it flavored it well), a hardboiled egg crumbled into it. Oil/vinegar on the side. I drizzled 1 tsp of oil and a bunch of vinegar. Delicious.
Dinner (9pm, too late): 2 eggs fried in 1 tsp bacon fat, a huge sweet potato with cinnamon (I was really low on carbs for the day at this point) and 1/2 tomato and 1/2 cucumber. Yum. So much food for this late though. Trying to work on that.

Total calories: 1481
PRO: 116 (YES!)
FAT: 60 (YES!)
CHO: 120 (YES!)

I'm really happy with the amount of fruit and veggies I got today. Still feeling stressed and tired through the day, and just have no interest in training at all when I wake up in the morning. It's so weird. Hopefully I'll get to bed soon and will feel good about getting up at 5am tomorrow.

I guess I did pretty well today!

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

Today's haul

http://www.fitday.com/fitness/Public...Owner=amarra34

PRO +5.5
FAT +6.6
CHO -37.6 (gave myself a goal of 130g today because of short run this evening)

Overall, a better day for me. I've had a headache for the past three days. I'm thinking is from the CHO deficit i've been in since Monday. Any thoughts if it could be anything other than the CHO issue?

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

Day 3 :

Cal 1,322
FAT 50.2 (solid)
CHO 120.2 (solid)
PRO 103.5 (solid)

wfs
http://fitday.com/fitness/PublicJour...mantha_Aurelio

I also had about 3 small pieces of TJs buffalo jerky. Figured I was under my PRO by 1.5g why not!?

Finally sleeping solidly. Headaches are going away. I don't think I was eating enough CHO, go figure! Traveling to NYC tomorrow and bringing all my own food with me. Should be an interestingly fun day. Normally I'd hit up Cold Stone and possibly the Australian Chocolate (a frequent go-to for me in Holland. The only place in the US that has it is NYC! Ahh. It's not that hard to avoid all that though, but I do love chocolate hah.)
Too much work (2 shifts at 2 jobs..). Thank goodness for sleep.
