Hot for Hours After WOD

I was just wondering if this happens to anyone else. I often do my WOD during my lunch break, but when i go back to work the temperature in the office seems unbearable. This will usually last for the rest of the day. Off days and in the morning the temp seems fine.

Re: Hot for Hours After WOD

Are you restricted in what you can wear at the office? If so, that's probably the answer. At home, you just wear whatever number of layers you need to be comfortable, probably without even noticing. At work, you wear whatever number of layers you came in with that morning, which may be too many once your metabolism is all revved up from your workout.

The only time I ever had that issue was when I was using an ECA stack to cut weight.

Made any changes to your diet lately?

This might go part way to explaining the scarcity of t-shirts among crossfitters.

Re: Hot for Hours After WOD

I get really cold- I think from the sweat drying and me walking home after WOD.
Now, after my shower I am fine.
