Great article! Somehow I missed that one. I'm doing my own variation of a planche progression, but I will add some of his stuff.

What a fantastic article! I just gave the "beginner" style tuck planche pushups a try after doing two 10 second straddle, what a humbling experience. My shoulders, abs and tris are fried after doing just five. I barely managed to keep from falling face down off the parallettes. Those are some impressive kids!
